Reaper

Most mortal souls do not have a hard time going to the afte life. But in some cases where a soul is not willing to pass on, Reapers will show up and do their best help the soul pass on. Most of the time this works, but sometimes a Reaper doesn't succeed. Leaving souls to wounder and become ghost, where they will need to find their own way to past on. Though its rare that dose happnen.
