Chay
Chay is bright and colorful and full of life! Its vast country and Vast cultures, theres no one kind of person from Chay. Everywhere has its whole folk tales and history. The smell of magic is hard to hide from, hearing spells being casted is more common then hearing a hello. Chay has all ways been a old and strong country, but that being said it is the "only" established in south America. Chay is a loose union, where the lines of where other countries and states start and stop are a blur. It's more of a system of trust and understanding then anything writen in stone. This makes its a country that not many really understands, and leaves them out of world politics. Chay is a country that care about its natural land more then anything. many of its citizens would never dare drive a car or use a computer. But the closer to the sea, or borders to other countries, the more and more modern it becomes. Chay is looked down apond by most of the world as its mostly populated by Humblins and karahum. and the way they live there lives are often seen as barbaric and backwards. Infact when others talk about Chay there achievements and high quality of life is overlooked. Brushed off by saying "There just Jungle people" But Chay is known known for its magic, most magic that deals with animals and plants found its start in Chay.
Culture
Chay dose not have just one culture, but they do have comrodray with each other. Outsiders often the these culture's mixed up, or they combime then in a strange culture soup. (list of culture's to come)
Public Action
Chay dose not care about doing any grand public actions, the country just wants to have a good time.
History
Chay has a farily peaceful history, small fights with in groups in chat would happen. But there was over all peace with in the country.... there was that one time that Briland tried to take over Chay. But Briland quickly failed, as the nature in Chay is dangerus and full of magic that most dont know how to handle. Many who where alive in Chay at the time who say they didnt even relize that anything was going on with the two countries.
Foreign Relations
Chay is pretty Friendly with the U.S.A Often interacting in good ways. Chay and the U.S.A are famous for doing sutdent exchange programes with each other.
