The Electricity Plane
Bathed in light, Of all of the elemental planes this one hardly resembles a place at all. Even the air elemental plane have physical things to interact with. Rather then having walls, or a ground, up or down. The Electricity would be more better called the light or plasma plane. As shades of bright and brighter colors make up the landscape. Of all of the elmental planes this is the hardest to bring a mortal creature too, there isnt any ground to stand on just energy and light.
Environments
The areas of the electricity plane range from places of pure light and pure engery and everything in between. With the closest thing to a wall being a place that is a darker shade of light then another. Here there is no such thing as darkest only even brighter lights.
What goes on in the plane?
The Thera of this plane keep a close eye on the elementals and Plasma Beasts that live on their plane. Making sure that they dont escape into the mortal plane. Splatoons of Electricity Thera are trained to hunt these creatures to ensure that the mortal plane keep its blance of electricity, light, and plasma.
Demography and Population
Each of the elmental planes is ruled by a royal Thera family that represents the most common/numberos version of their element. The Electricity plane is ruled by a royal family of Light Thera. These Royal light Thera are the descendents of the first bits of plasma the sun burned. The first light... At least thats what the royal family says. The royal family can be very strict especially to thera who want to climb up the social ladder, its not uncommon for the royal family to cull the lesser profroming thera on their plane. This can lead to thera speending as much time on the mortal plane to not get too much attention from the royal family.
