The Dream Plane is watched by Koro-Koro. The dream plane has a dark sky, yet is always bright. Finding soild ground is nearly impossible, as most of the plane is made of pink clouds. The state of this world often changes with mapping the plane being nearly impossible. Most of the outsiders here deal with dreams or knowledge.
