Phantasmal Muse
Born of the inspiration of talented mortals, Phantasmal Muse spend their time creating things in the dream plane. going farther and farther from the inspiration of the mortal they where born form. After awhile a Phantasmal Muse gains their own sense of creation. Phantasmal Muse often grow to waiting to share their own ideas to mortals, this often starts slowly by sending small bits of inspiration to mortals. But at times a more hungry Phantasmal Muse will apear to their chosen mortal; giving said mortal more and more ideas while slowing the two become a more parasitic duo. The two become a servent to the inspiration to the other, This is often where the idea of anything from a mad scientist, to a Depressed artist come from.
Physical description
Phantasmal Muse tend to apear feminine, other then that the one other thing they have in common is really long finger nails. Other then that, Their looks depend on what the inspiration they where born off. Some looking like stone sculptures, painted figures, or even scientific creations.
Planer Purpose
Koro-Koro made Phantasmal Muses in order to make sure that ideas of mortals who are long dead and gone can live on. Spreading long forgotten ideas into current living mortals. With the goal of mixing old ideas and new togreather, increasing over all knowledge.
Relations With Mortals
Phantasmal Muses often seek mortals, with a deep need share what inspires them. Phantasmal Muses become week and then fade away if they go too long with out becoming the inspiration of a new mortal.

This depends on the mortal inspiration that they where born from. Some can be manic and excited to share what moves them. While others are more calm and take longer to catch their attention.
